Jul 08, 2026"Soy cliente frecuente desde que abrió la sucursal en Los Cavazos y no había tenido quejas pero hoy miércoles 24 de junio 2026 se la bañaron!!! El "Fast Drive" no tiene nada de rápido, siempre te hacen esperar, te dicen que te estaciones adelante y que te llevarán tu pedido, pero hoy me hicieron esperar en el estacionamiento casi 20 minutos, me tuve que bajar a preguntar qué onda con mi pedido y ni siquiera lo habían hecho se nota que les falta personal pues solo había 3 empleados y siento que cada vez le van bajando la calidad, cantidad y presentación a sus platillos... me entregaron mi Chicken Box super pobre, por favor no escatimen en las salsas y no empiecen a bajar su calidad, no quisiera dejar de ser cliente de ahí. Y contraten más personal para que brinden mejor servicio por que hoy si dejaron mucho que desear."
